Specification Document Content
The Specification Document is required by council to accompany your Building Consent. It is essentially a list of all the building products that you intend to use on your building project along with their certification and installation literature.
Included in the Specification Document are:
- Energy Efficiency Calculations.
- Bracing Calculations.
- Risk Matrix Assessments. (New Zealand).
