Commencement
SK+DESIGN will endeavour to commence the work at agreed time(s) but will not accept any liability for any consequence for failing to do so.
Ownership
All work undertaken by SK+DESIGN shall remain the property of SK+DESIGN until such time as the client has paid SK+DESIGN in full.
Consultation
SK+DESIGN is a Licenced Building Practitioner under the category of Design 2. Restricted Building Work that fall outside of this category will incur additional fee's for consultation.
Scope
SK+DESIGN practices its design within the bounds of NZS 3604:2011, the NZBC (in New Zealand), AS 1684, and NCC (in Australia). Design outside of this codes may require Consultants and or additional fees. These costs will be directly passed on to the client.
Request For Information (RFI)
Upon submission of the proposed job to council, the council may issue RFI's. Answering these will incur extra fees.
